Scenic Spirit cabins review

All Scenic Spirit cabins are categorized as Suites. Each stateroom has a private (step-out) balcony for all-weather use. These accommodations are simply the largest compared to all currently available cabins on Mekong River cruise ships. The number of cabin categories is 7 (max capacity 2 guests per cabin).

Follows review of Scenic Spirit staterooms as furniture, price-included amenities, and complimentary services:

All Scenic Spirit staterooms have superior queen-size beds with luxury bedding sets, bedside tables, luxury en-suite bathroom (WC, sink, shower cubicle, lighted mirror, color lighting system), luxury bath products (shampoo, liquid soap, conditioner, body lotion), hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, sliding-door walk-in closet (hangers, drawers, shelves), smart HDTV (infotainment system with “View From the Bridge” /real-time webcam views), radio, safe, leather chair, mini-bar (complimentary, restocked daily with soda, juice, sparkling water, liqueur, snacks), iPod station (clock), umbrella, individual climate control, 220V power outlets (European/Australian sockets only; Americans need adapters).

All cabin categories are with floor-ceiling sliding doors opening to a full-size veranda (down-slide-opening French Balcony) furnished with a round table and wicker chairs. All cabin bathrooms are with large glass-enclosed showers with doors.

Both Royal Panorama Suites (on Deck 4 /bow-location) are the largest accommodations on the Spirit ship. They feature floor-ceiling windows, separate large lounge area (mini-bar, sofa, armchair, TV) connected via sliding doors to a separate bedroom (queen bed, vanity desk, chair), luxury bathroom (separate shower/bathtub/WC, 2 separate sinks), dressing room (with 2 wardrobes), spacious forward-view balcony (with whirlpool, daybed, sunloungers, al fresco dining set /table and chairs).

All categories Deluxe Suites have a special type balcony known as “Sun Lounge”. The cabin’s “sun lounge” portion can easily transform into an outdoor veranda at the push of a button.
