Review of Arosa Flora deck 2 (Main-Lobby-Dining-Lounge)

The ship’s 2-decks high Atrium (Lobby level, 1 of 2) has an open-floor design. It is also glass-domed, with light colors interior decor. The two levels are connected with a sweeping staircase.

The Reception in the Lobby provides guest services and assistance, also information on daily activities. There is also an Excursion Counter for shore excursions and tour booking.

The onboard Shop is also part of the Lobby area. It sells mainly occasion gifts, jewellery, souvenirs.

The “Market Restaurant” is the ship’s open-seating Main Dining Room. It operates with an open-seating arrangement (no table reservations needed) and features an open kitchen. The boat’s dining room menu offers low-calorie, regional specialties, and traditional Mediterranean cuisine choices.

Next are the Buffets with their Live Cooking stations (“Show Cooking” offered at some of them). The buffet provides a rich menu with fresh locally sourced ingredients and products. At the live cooking stations, guests can see their cookery creations being prepared by the chefs.

Next is the “Wine Bar” where guests can order wine by the glass combined with regional cuisine specialties (based on the itinerary’).

At the ship’s bow is located the “Flora Lounge & Bar” with panoramic floor-ceiling windows. This is the ship’s show/entertainment venue with a live evening program. The evening entertainment includes a resident pianist and also local performers (dancers, musicians), themed nights, cocktail hours. Depending on the visited ports along the A-Rosa Flora itinerary, the “Flora Lounge” hosts local food and wine tastings, and various tours/excursions- and culture/history related lectures and multimedia presentations. At the “Flora Bar” premium liquor is not included in the fares. SELECT-price booked guests can purchase an all-inclusive beverage package here at a fixed price PP per day.
