Review of Arosa Silva deck 4 (Sun-Pool)

On the Sun Deck is the ship’s Navigation Bridge (called “Wheelhouse” on riverboats). The Wheelhouse is passenger accessible and can be lowered for passing under low bridges. Behind the Bridge is the Light Dome that covers the Silva’s Atrium area, letting natural daylight into the ship’s interior.

The ship’s second Restaurant (forward location) is a buffet-style /casual dining venue, hosting al-fresco lunches and cocktail hours. It is served by two buffets (Bar & Grill). and has both indoor and outdoor seating. This is also the place where they serve the Afternoon tea and coffee complimented with fresh pastries and snacks.

The Top Deck also has one of the ship’s most prominent features – a large-size rectangular swimming pool. By the pool, there is a Shower and a vast sunbathing area with loungers. Another feature is the large shaded seating area with recliners. It is covered by retractable awnings that can be lowered for passing under low bridges and to respond to the weather.

The list of the A-Rosa Silva facilities ends with the Top Deck’s sports section. It features a Giant Chess Board and a large Golf Putting Green, which is flanked by the Shovelboard/Shuffleboard (portside) and Deck Games (starboard) areas.
