MS Insignia ship's Wellness Center (open 8 am - 8 pm) has a Spa Terrace (open-air deck with loungers), indoor jacuzzi (Spa Whirlpool), 2 Steam Rooms, 3 Treatment Rooms, Canyon Ranch Spa Club, portside location Styling Salon (beauty salon- hair cuts, styling, coloring, makeup, manicures, pedicures, barber) and Boardroom (cards playing and board games), Fitness/Gym, restrooms. The Spa Club staff services the spa and beauty salon.

The Canyon Ranch Spa Club treatments offered on the cruise ship includes: Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Healing Energy, Massages, Skin Care, Tanning and Exotic Treatments.

The Fitness Center has a modern gym with floor-ceiling panoramic starboard views. It is open 6 am - 8 pm, also providing personal trainers and complimentary classes.

Oceania@Sea (portside) is a 24-hour open Internet computers room with dedicated staff assistance. Private lessons and group classes are also provided.

The teak-decked pool area has 1 swimming pool flanked by 2 Whirlpools, sunbathing area with loungers and a Band Stand for live entertainment. The pool is served by the Waves Bar.

“The Patio” is an outdoor shaded lounge furnished with chairs, daybeds, cushioned sofas.

Waves Grill (starboard) is a casual dining/fast-food bar serving the pool deck area with quick meals. It offers made-to-order daily specialties, including burgers, fries, steaks, seafood, desserts, gelato ice cream.

Terrace Cafe & Bar (portside) is a casual self-service buffet restaurant (complimentary) open for breakfast and lunch. It has both indoor (154 seats) and outdoor sitting areas (186 seats onto the pool deck or onto the aft Terrace Cafe Patio). The Terrace Bar also serves as a small pizzeria. The Terrace Cafe becomes “Tapas On The Terrace” in the evenings serving traditional Mediterranean dishes (tapas, paella, sangria, etc).
