4x Tender Access Areas (for embarkation/disembarkation via cruise ship's tender boats) are located close to the Elevators (midship and aft Lifts).

Deck 4 also houses staff and crew cabins, Mess Hall (crew bar-lounge-dining room), service and storage areas, machinery rooms (aft).
