The Reception is located in the Atrium (opposite to the lifts) and provides 24-hour guest services (dining reservations, money exchange, lost property, onboard bills), assistance, information.

Atrium (Lobby level 1 of 4)

Landausfluge is the TUI Cruises Shore Excursions Desk (information on land tours, packages, excursions reservations).

Richards “Fine Dining” is a reservations-only dinner restaurant (capacity 65 seats, open 6:30-11pm. This is premium dining venue (at surcharge PP) with 6-course a la carte menu, plus an extensive fine wines list.

Blaue Welt Bar (lower level 1 of 3) is a Apero/Aperitif bar (capacity 70 seats, open 5-0pm), also serving the Blaue Welt Lounge area on Deck 6 above.

Atlantik Klassik (Atlantic Classic) is the TUI Shiff 1’s main dining room on two levels (capacity 950 seats. It offers complimentary) buffet-style Breakfast (7:30-10am) and Lunch (12-2pm), and waiter-served Dinner (6-9:30pm, 5-course menu). There is an a la carte menu where most items are cruise price inclusive, but some drinks (fine wines, Champagne, liquors) cost extra.

Cruise cabins from 5000 to 5072, of which Inside cabins (categories – B sofa/pullman beds), Oceanview cabins (category A – 6 wheel-chair accessible cabins: 5056, 5062, 5064, 5065, 5067, 5072; cat B – 1/2 pullman beds, and cat C – porthole, 1/2 pullman beds).
