Review of Norwegian Bliss deck 20 (Aqua Racer Waterslide-Laser Tag-Ropes Course)

The fore-located Serenity Park (Sun Deck) is an outdoor relaxation complex with live plants, large video screen, sunbathing area with luxury chaise lounge chairs. The area is also used for open-air classes (like Yoga and Tai-Chi).

(aft) Ropes Course. Ropes Course requirements include min height 122 cm (48 inches - on the course without a chaperone), max weight limit 136 kg (300 lbs / pounds). On the kids course, skytykes are available for children under 122 cm as long as there is a chaperone present. Enclosed shoes are required (sneakers are recommended). Flip-flops and sandals are not allowed. Spiderweb's requirements include min height 106 cm (42 inches), min weight 14 kg (30 lbs) and max weight 113 kg (250 lbs).

(aft) Aqua Racer Waterslide's entrance level. Aqua Racer requirements include height limit (min 122 cm / 48 inches), max weight limit 136 kg (300 lbs / pounds) for both solo and double tube riders, NO MINIMUM WEIGHT limit. Wearing jewelry is forbidden.

Aft is located the upper level of the go-kart racing track operated with 10 electric carts and 5-6 min race sessions. Go-Karts are decorated with local companies’ logos.

Laser Tag Course

Laser Battle is an open-air laser tag course with obstacles and a large-size touch screen for kids. Laser Tag requirements include covered shoes (to cover the toes / no flip-flops), NO AGE, HEIGHT and WEIGHT limits. Hero Blast ( non-gun laser tag equipment) is available as alternative to the laser guns and provided upon request. Consuming drugs and alcohol before gaming is forbidden.

The activity is not recommended for passengers suffering from CVD (cardiovascular disease), HTN (hypertension, aka high blood pressure), spinal injuries and also for pregnant women.

Go-Kart Racetrack

NCL Bliss is world's second cruise ship (after NCL Joy) with a Ferrari-themed racetrack. The facility is built by RiMO Supply (RiMO Germany Group) and operated via partnership with Scuderia Ferrari Watches. This is also the first ever Ferrari-branded Formula 1 race car track.

The 2-level track spans on 2 decks, offering incredible seaviews at height of 60 m (200 ft). It has capacity up to 10 racers at a time on electric go-karts (Ferrari branded).

Unlimited go-kart rides (weekly pass) costs USD 100 pp (offered on all 7-day cruise itineraries). Day passes cost USD 30 pp. A single run costs USD 10 pp. Unlimited pass passengers access the race track via separate (shorter) line.

Passengers booked in Concierge and The Haven staterooms enjoy complimentary rides with bookings. The used by RiMO technology ensures optimal usage under intensified UV conditions and saltwater exposure.

GoCars can reach speeds up to 40 mph (65 kph). In comparison to Norwegian Joy, NCL Bliss ship's racetrack is 40% longer and has 10 turns (Joy has 8), two of which are cantilevered over the ship's side.

Race Track requirements include height limit (min 1,2 m / 48 inches, max 2 / 79 inches - NO AGE LIMIT), no flip-flops (shoes must cover the toes and ankle), no loose clothing, long hair must be tied back and hide inside helmet. Consuming drugs and alcohol before driving is forbidden.
