Review of Seabourn Encore deck 9

  • “Patio Grill” serves the Lido Deck’s pool area with breakfast, lunch and dinner (times are the same as the main restaurant’s). Menu choices include grilled dishes, salads, sides and also fresh, oven-baked pizzas throughout the afternoon.
  • “Patio Bar” serves the pool area with drinks and refreshments.
  • “Patio Pool” area has 1 swimming pool, whirlpools, stage for live music, large sunbathing area (cabanas, sunloungers, outdoor seating). Depending on the Seabourn Encore itinerary, the pool deck offers deck barbecue parties (steaks and seafood grills) and “under the stars” Theme Nights (Movies, Evening, Dessert, etc).
  • “The Colonnade” is the self-service buffet restaurant for breakfast (7-9:30 am) and lunch (11:30-2 pm), but with waiter service for dinner (7-9 pm). Reservations are not required. Colonnade restaurant features an open kitchen – guests can watch their dinner being cooked by the chefs. Dinner menus are differently themed each day of the cruise. This restaurant has an open-air / alfresco dining Terrace (aft location). The buffet restaurant’s design features several islands displaying the food and also a big LED screen reflecting the day time and ports of call along the itineraries.
  • A new sushi restaurant here will replace the line’s traditional “Restaurant 2” – an alternative dining eatery on the Odyssey-class Seabourn ships.
  • Cruise suites from 900 to 937, in categories Veranda Suite (cat. V1, V4 and V6, 4 cabins with 3rd guest capacity), and Signature Suite (cat. SS – cabins 900/9002 and 901/9013, bow-ship location /convertible to doubles).
