In the evenings, this open-deck area seats 56 guests and offers intimate al fresco dining with classic a la carte menu (steakhouse/seafood choices, also vegetarian and healthy food). The pool deck is the place for the Silversea line’s “Black Rock Grill Experience”. In the evenings, guests are provided with pre-heated volcanic rocks to cook their food to their own specifications.
In the evenings, The Grill offers the opportunity to enjoy gourmet dinners under the stars. Signature meals are the lava-rocks grilled meat (premium beef, veal, pork, lamb), seafood (salmon, prawns, fresh fish of the day), Mediterranean vegetables, salad of the day, baked potatoes. The Grill’s outdoor seating terrace makes it the ship’s alfresco dining alternative restaurant. Wines here are complimentary (premium wines from the Connoisseur’s Wine List cost extra). This Lido deck section is equipped with gas heaters and covering that protects guest from inclement weather. The Grill is open between 7:30 am – 4 pm for self-service Wellness Breakfast and Lunch. The waiter-served Dinner (7 – 10 pm) is reservations-only event. Wellness Breakfast menu includes smoothies, fresh fruit/veggie drinks, low-calorie food. Among the grill’s daily fast food choices are various pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, hot dogs, grilled meat/seafood.
