Viking Sineus (built 1979 as “Mikhail Lomonosov”, acquired 1990 as “Viking Lomonosov”, last refurbished 2014 /renamed) is one of the Viking Cruises Russia ships – together with Viking Rurik (same vessel class), and also Viking Akun, Viking Helgi,Viking Ingvar Viking Truvor. The Viking cruise ship Sineus is named after one of the three Varangian princes – the brothers Sineus, Truvor and Rurik. They were the founders of the Kievan Rus empire (the Rurikid Dynasty).
Viking Sineus cruise ship deck plan has a total of 98 staterooms for 196 passengers served by 105 crew/staff, 4 passenger decks, 1 elevator(connecting all decks). The riverboat features a wraparound Promenade that entirely encircles the ship.
