New Crystal Ship Increases in Size

The new ocean ship of Crystal Cruises that will be built in 2019 has grown in size going from the previously announced 100,000 to 117,000 GT. Despite the size increase, vessel's passenger capacity remains the same as anticipated at 1,000 cruise passengers double-occupancy, which makes it one of the most spacious in cruise industry. 

The luxurious Crystal Cruises line also announced they have added an extra 2 river yachts to their river fleet which now totals at 6. An official agreement has been confirmed for a new 100-guest luxury yacht that is due to enter service in 2018.

With another 2 ocean ships (ice-strengthened expedition vessels for Arctic-Antarctica operations) planned after 2019, Crystal Cruises are doing their utmost in order to meet the growing demand for luxury sailings.
