Star Pride re-entered Windstar Cruises' fleet following the 212-passenger yacht’s scheduled US$4.5 million transformation, including a total renovation of 2 exclusive Owner’s Suites featuring enhancements to expansive private deck which commands a sweeping ocean view over the bow of the yacht. “We are extremely pleased with the extensive yacht refurbishment of Star Pride and are excited to be welcoming guests aboard in Windstar’s private yacht style as the Mediterranean cruise season gets under way,”

remarked Andrew Todd, president and chief executive officer of Xanterra Parks & Resorts, parent company of Windstar Cruises.

The 2016 Star Pride transformation builds on earlier renovations that now match all guest accommodations and features of sister ships, Star Breeze and Star Legend. Total investment in refurbishing the 3 yachts is over US$21.5 million dollars in the last 2 years.
