Genting Dream Conveyance Started

Genting Dream's conveyance along Ems River to the North Seas from Meyer Werft in Papenburg started as planned on Sunday afternoon.

Dream Cruises' newbuild departed the yard at 1:30 p.m. local time, passing yard's lock at 2:00 p.m., Weener's Friesen Bridge at 8:00 p.m., and Leer's Jann Berghaus Bridge at 10:15 p.m.

Genting Dream is expected to transit Ems barrier at Gandersum at around 3:00 a.m. tomorrow, and arrive at Emden 1h 30min later.

Arrival on the North Sea, at Eemshaven, Netherlands is expected at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.

The schedule is subject to weather conditions and water levels.

Following sea trials, the ship will dock at Columbus Cruise Center, Bremerhaven. Genting Dream will be handed over to Dream Cruises in the middle of October.
