Carnival Cruise Line launched a new Football themed activity program onboard three of its ships that are based in Texas.

The brand new activity program named “Play 60 at Sea” was rolled out to Carnival Breeze, Carnival Freedom and Carnival Liberty. It will keep kids active for an hour per day during their cruise with different activities including sliding down the water slide, jogging, playing mini-golf and working out in the gym.

On the last day at sea, different activities will be offered, modeled according to Houston Texans practice drills. The unique ways to keep fit include a cone drill, ladder drill, field goal kick and passing exercise.

"Play 60 at Sea" is appropriate for 5-15-year-olds, and those taking part receive playbook developed via partnership with Texas Children’s Hospital. This way, kids can keep track of the activities and also learn tips on how to stay healthy. The playbook can be handed in at the end of the voyage to receive a logoed backpack and are entered into a drawing for Houston Texans prizes.

Carnival is number one cruise line in Texas with 3 ships operating year-round out of Galveston and carrying over 600,000 passengers per year.
