3,600-passenger Royal Princess entered drydock September 25 in Palermo. The refurbishment included adding midships stairwell, which is a feature this class of vessels lacked.

Royal Princess is now on her way to Civitavecchia (Rome) to begin a repositioning cruise to her winter homeport Port Everglades. Ports of call along the way are Livorno, Toulon, Barcelona, the Azores. Next summer, the ship will be sailing in the Mediterranean.
