A Florida woman, Gabriela Lubowski, filed a complaint on October 11 in the U.S. District Court for Central District of California against Crystal Cruises Inc. and Ana Maria Debrey Diaz. The woman alleges she was injured on a Crystal cruise ship when another passenger (Ana Maria Debrey Diaz) tripped and fell on her.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on January 8, 2015, she sustained severe physical injuries when Debrey Diaz tripped on a metal plate and fell onto the plaintiff. The plaintiff holds Crystal Cruises Inc. and Debrey Diaz responsible because the Crystal Cruises Inc. allegedly allowed a dangerous and hazardous condition to exist on the ship.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants plus any other relief the court deems just. She is represented by Donald Krentsa of Meisel, Krentsa & Burneikis in San Francisco and Mark D. Press of Mark D. Press PA in Hollywood, Florida.
