Royal Caribbean wants to pay someone £3,000 just to sail around on a cruise ship for 3 weeks while using Instagram.
The operator is on the hunt for social media-savvy 'extraordinary explorer' to capture the experience while sailing exotic seas.
The Instagram 'Intern-Ship of the Seas' will sail away on 3 oceans, for 3 weeks, on 3 different cruise ships.
In return, the lucky intern will be tasked - smart phone in hand - with capturing the unique stories, destinations and experiences of a cruise holiday. On a typical day, the intern will share these stories with the world via Instagram.
Food, drink, accommodation, flights and expenses will all be covered by the cruise company, which calls at 250 destinations across the world every year.
According to Royal Caribbean's research, 48% of holidaymakers rely on social media for inspiration when booking a holiday.
Travel blogger Johnny Ward is among the expert judges in charge of picking right candidate. He said:
"This research proves that social media is integral to how we live our lives and book our holidays.
"Royal Caribbean has cleverly used this insight in their new Instern-Ship role and is hunting for a storytelling extraordinaire that can use Instagram to inspire others to explore the world.
"I have created a living out of my travel stories but social media is positively teeming with budding storytellers out there looking for a big break."
The panel also includes Travel Weekly editor-in-chief, Lucy Huxley and Royal Caribbean's UK and Ireland managing director, Ben Bouldin.
Applications can be made through Instagram, with judges looking for visual appeal, storytelling ability, originality and inspirational qualities.
