The world's "sexiest cruise ship' collided with another vessel in Timaru NZ yesterday.

The luxury liner Seabourn Encore arrived in Port Timaru on Sunday morning, but soon got into trouble when it hit with another ship.

A witness said the wind strengthened and up to 4 of Encore's mooring lines broke - resulting in collision with another vessel nearby.

A 2-week cruise on Encore costs around USD 40,000. The ship's capacity is 604 passengers.
