Two spring breakers from Princeton, West Virginia will not face charges after both were nearly struck by a Carnival Cruise Line ship close to Florida's Port Canaveral.

19-year-old Skylar Penpasuglia and 20-year-old Allison Garrett were on the edge of channel where they are allowed to be prior to falling off a personal watercraft into harm's way.

On Saturday afternoon harbor pilot Doug Brown spotted the women and Brevard County Sheriff's Deputy Taner Primmer pulled them to safety as the ship bore down on them.

Primmer says had the two not fallen off the watercraft, they would have moved out of the way. He said he hadn't realize how close a call it was until seeing the video, adding his wife was a "little upset."

The harrowing rescue was captured and posted on YouTube by someone onboard Carnival Magic.
