UnCruise Adventures will add a 7th ship to its Alaska fleet in 2018. The 88-passenger SS Legacy, newly outfitted with skiffs and seakayaks, will head to the state as part of 2018 schedule for the line which also includes visits to Glacier Bay National Park and 7 new itineraries.

The state welcomes a record 1.06 million cruise passengers this summer, the most since 2008, with new and expanded sailings from the likes of Carnival Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn, and more.

In 2017 UnCruise Adventures is adding a half-day visit to the Tlingit village of Kake. For 2018, the line is adding calls at Haines to 5 of its itineraries, where guests can enjoy a float trip down Chilkat River (available on most itineraries), a guided hike, bikes for riding through town and an onboard presentation by members of the local Chilkat Tlingit.
