Carnival Cruise Line made the aft pools on a number of their ships family friendly and they'll no longer be adult-only.

John Heald, Senior Cruise Director at Carnival, posted on his Facebook page that 7 Carnival ships will now have a family friendly aft pool.

The new policy is already in place and the 7 cruise ships include: Carnival Conquest, Carnival Freedom, Carnival Glory, Carnival Liberty, Carnival Splendor, Carnival Valor, Carnival Victory.

In addition, Heald said that Carnival Conquest will received a “stunning new Serenity Deck” during the scheduled dry dock in October. All 25 ships in Carnival’s fleet will continue to have adults only Serenity Deck.

Carnival’s newest and largest vessel, Carnival Vista, has had a family friendly aft pool since it debuted in May 2016.
