Royal Caribbean launched a new trip with a bonus - the 2-in-1 cruise involves a stay on land and at sea. The 2nd largest cruise operator in the world has taken Caribbean holidays and doubled them.
From September 2017, guests will be able to stay in the theme-park capital of the world, Orlando, before hopping on board a cruise ship.
Oasis of the Seas will ferry passengers around the idyllic Caribbean, departing from Florida’s Port Canaveral.
Instead of waiting impatiently at home beforehand, they can now start their holiday early, with 8 nights in Orlando before they board the ship.
Virgin Atlantic flights from the UK are all wrapped into the same price bundle.
One of the options includes return flights, 8 nights in Orlando to explore the abundance of theme park attractions and a 7-night Western Caribbean cruise on the Oasis of the Seas.
Passengers will sail to tropical destinations like Haiti, Jamaica and Mexico before returning to the US. The package starts at GBP 1,599 per person.
For those who prefer the Eastern Caribbean, they can do the same package with this cruise itinerary from £1,699 each.
The stopovers will include St Maarten, Puerto Rico and Haiti on this sailing route.
The new package holidays are available between September 2017 and May 2018.
Already a favourite with holidaying Brits, the Caribbean has soared even more to popularity since the opening of Cuba.
