Carnival Cruise Line created pop-up sushi bars on 4 ships that are smaller than its Bonsai Sushi full-service restaurants.
The stand-alone eateries are situated on the lido deck and offer various rolls, sushi and sashimi on an a la carte basis. Diners place their order at the counter, and are given a pager. Then, they are paged when their food is ready.
Per piece prices range from US$1.50 to US$7.50.
