Passenger Medevaced From Carnival Triumph

A 40-year old cruise passenger seeking medical attention has been transported off Carnival Triumph.

Around 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 7, the Coast Guard received a medevac request of a man experiencing gastrointestinal condition.

The Coast Guard sent a boat out of Venice, Louisiana. The crew arrived to Carnival Triumph around 10:30 p.m. and transported the cruise to Station Venice where he received medical attention.
