Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) makes available specialty dining packages on its cruises fleetwide beginning August 7. The new packages, ranging from 3 days to the length of the sailing, start at $59 per person for a 3-day package (if purchased before sailing) and help save on the cover charges of NCL popular onboard restaurants including Teppanyaki, Cagney's steakhouse, Moderno Churrascaria, La Cucina and Le Bistro.
Passengers who have bought the specialty dining package will be able to dine at select a la carte and upcharge restaurants for an additional cost from $7 to $15. The restaurants and shows (including 3 from upcoming Norwegian Escape) are as follows: sushi bars fleetwide ($7); The Raw Bar ($7); Pincho Tapas Bar ($7); Bayamo ($10); Illusionarium ($10 general seating, $15 premium); Cirque Dreams ($10 general seating, $15 premium, $35 VIP seating on Breakaway); Ocean Blue ($15); For the Record: Dear John Hughes ($15).
Packages are discounted on-line prior to sailing or on board during the first 2 days. On 3-day voyages, the dining package is sold only on the 1st day. Dining reservations are made on-line within 90 days of the sailing date or on board.
