Paul Gauguin Cruises (small cruise line) announced yesterday (June 12) the sale of Tere Moana cruise ship. The company will continue operating the scheduled sailings on the vessel through 14 May 2016, without change to its award-winning service, staffing or itineraries.

Richard Bailey, Chairman and CEO of Paul Gauguin Cruises, shared that it was hard to part with Tere Moana, but they had received "an attractive offer to purchase the vessel" and had decided to take that opportunity to refocus in their home territory of French Polynesia and provide a higher level of service to Paul Gauguin's award-winning operations and their renowned South Pacific cruises.
