MSC Cruises has customized 4 of its 12 ships to welcome cruisers to see in the Chinese New Year on 19 February.

2015 Chinese New Year’s Day marks the official start of the Year of the Goat and MSC offers the perfect way to celebrate in style, through special services and entertainment aboard 5 separate sailings, on MSC Orchestra (14 February, sailing in the Emirates and Oman), MSC Splendida (15 and 22 February, sailing in the Mediterranean), MSC Fantasia (20 February, also sailing in the Med) and MSC Divina (21 February, sailing in the Caribbean).

Chinese chefs will prepare authentic first-class cuisine befitting the event. MSC casino staff will provide introductions to the favourite card game of China, baccarat, and passengers can also try their hand at the ancient game mahjong.

MSC has offered Chinese New Year voyages for three years in a row, with each edition drawing more attention from cruisers all around the world. Just two departures were offered in 2014, but because of their current popularity this year MSC Cruises provides more than doubled that.

Currently, MSC is top cruise line for outbound cruises in China, and the line of choice for Chinese explorers who want to meet the New Year in an original yet stylish way.
