Port of Saint Petersburg Welcomes 17 Cruise Ships for a Week

From July 10 through July 16 Port Saint Petersburg Russia received a total of 17 cruise ships that brought 36 233 cruise passengers.

The total berth time of the vessels is 34 ship-days, and the total amount of passenger operations is 130 283.

During the period 6 helicopters used the helipad of Passenger Port Saint Petersburg for landing and take-off.

On July 11 and 12 passenger port of Saint Petersburg received the maximum number of cruise liners - 7. Within 2 days the ships have brought 23 458 passengers abroad.

7 ships are expected at Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg again on August 16.

On July 13 port of Saint Petersburg representatives took part in an opening ceremony of one of The Tall Ships Races 2017 stages international sailing regatta. The regatta gathered around 70 sailboats from various parts of the world, including the famous Russian sailboats Mir, Kruzenshtern, Sedov and Standard.
