Pacific Eden Starts Homeporting Season in Cairns

Cairns' largest cruise ship homeporting season started yesterday, August 23, with the arrival of Pacific Eden.

Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal welcomed the P&O Cruises ship at 7:00 a.m., allowing travellers to disembark from Cooktown. New guests then boarded the vessel to set sail for Alotua, PNG at 4:00 p.m.

11 cruises will be offered in 2017 between August and November.

Pacific Eden’s arrival follows a visit from Sun Princess, carrying nearly 3000 passengers and crew.
