CMV Offers the First Vegan Cruise in the World

Cruise and Maritime Voyages (CMV) claims to be offering the first ocean cruise for vegans in the world.

The meat free voyage departs from London Tilbury to the Norwegian Fjords on September 25.

The 7-night sailing aboard Columbus is run in association with Vegan Travel.

CMV's menu onboard will be 100% vegan. It will cater for those who are gluten free, have macrobiotic diets or seek raw food.

A total of 4 guest speakers will give talks on healthy lifestyles. A wellness programme includes pilates and yoga.

Prices start from £499 pp in an inside cabin with kids from £289.
