Napoles ferry (owned by BALEARIA) was not able to disembark passengers and vehicles on arrival from Ibiza to Valencia in the evening of September 30 (Saturday), because of a failed ramp.

The crew then managed to install a ladder, and some of the passengers were able to leave the ship but over 100 travelers had to stay onboard, because their cars were trapped.

The people spent a night onboard. In the morning a ramp was lowered via two cranes, enabling all guests and cars to disembark.

The ferry resumed its sailings on Ibiza-Valencia route.
