Viking in silence about fourth ship

After Viking Star launched earlier in 2015, Viking Ocean Cruises seemed ready to take over a significant cruise industry's niche with 3 more 930-passengers vessels on the way to join Viking fleet before 2017 is out.

However, recent company announcements trimmed the planned 4 ship fleet back to 3, and delayed the third cruise ship, Viking Sky, from 2016 to 2017. Press releases from both the shipbuilder and the line only referenced Viking Sea and Viking Sky (scheduled for delivery in 2016 and 2017, respectively), with no mention of the 4th vessel.

At a press conference in May, CEO Torstein Hagen restated Viking goal of having 10 Star Class ships and a fleet of 100 river boats by 2020. He was well on his way, with a fourth ship contracted and an option for two more. On the rivers, the line already operates 60 river boats worldwide, with more on order.
