Holland America Line's ms Nieuw Amsterdam with passengers onboard ran aground on Tuesday, October 10, at Huatulco, Mexico after the moorings broke up due to stormy weather.
Travelers were offered to move to hotels for the night, but after the vessel underwent inspection it was allowed to resume the cruise.
MS Nieuw Amsterdam left Huatulco the same day in the evening.
