Star Clippers with new Mediterranean program in 2016

In September 2016, Royal Clipper will feature an Inaugural Eastern Mediterranean voyage. The largest square rigger in the world is scheduled to visit Turkey and the Greek Islands for the first time on seven-night sailings from Istanbul to Athens and the reverse. The itinerary features calls at Istanbul, Skiathos, Skopelos, Myrina, Piraeus and Poros. Royal Clipper will also boast new seven-night itineraries from Athens to Rome, and the reverse, exploring the Italian stunning coastline, Greece and Sicily in addition to Royal Clipper's signature Italy and Croatia program from Rome to Venice

Star Flyer will include Italy, Sicily and Tunisia in its 2016 program. Luxury loving guests can sail aboard the modern ship, from Rome to Sicily, Sorrento and the Aeolian Islands. An exciting visit on the east coast of Sicily to the active volcano of Mount Etna is scheduled along with an exploration of the ruins of Pompeii near Naples. Passengers will be able to stroll along Amalfi 's seaside promenade dotted with museums, cafés and art galleries, and spend an afternoon in Sorrento and its lovely countryside. For those who wish to explore more, there are ten and eleven-night itineraries including Malta, Tunisia and Sardinia.

In late August 2016, the Star Clipper will depart on seven-night voyages from Venice, calling at Croatia's ancient cities, including Korcula, Mali Losinj and Dubrovnik, along with Kotor in Montenegro. The sailings are in addition to the popular ten and eleven-night cruises from Athens to Venice, and the reverse.

Early booking discounts are already available and range from 20% to 35% off the regular rates. Prices for the seven-night cruises start from $2390 per person, including 25% early booking savings, with all meals, coffee and tea, free water sports, entertainment, taxes and port charges included.
