Cruise Passenger Medevaced From Carnival Sensation

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued a cruise passenger who needed medical care from Carnival Sensation.

The Coast Guard revealed in a news release that ship officials notified them on Tuesday, November 7, about a 66-year-old woman suffering from respiratory issue who needed additional medical care.

The vessel was directed to make her way to Key West Sea Buoy in order to wait for the rescue crew.

A USCG boat crew launched from Key West and then transferred the woman who was taken to Key West for further medical treatment.
