MS World Dream ship will make history as the first-ever cruise liner to be officially named in Hong Kong tomorrow, November 17th.

In celebration of the monumental occasion, the cruise line launched the innovative campaign “#TogetherWeBuildDreams”, engaging cruise fans from around the world to construct a large-scale replica of the World Dream ship, in an attempt to break the world record of the largest LEGO ship.

After two months of effort, the giant 8.44-meter model, built by more than 1,000 members of the public, cruising guests, Mr.Andy Hung and Legend Creative (first LEGO Certified Professional in Greater China region along with his team), was officially unveiled yesterday, November 15, at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.

The lego attempt was declared successful upon the onsite adjudication and official Guinness World Records certificate presentation.

Constructed from more than 2.5 million LEGO blocks, the cruise ship model weighs more than 2,800 kg, and measures 8.44 m in length, 1.33 m in width, and 1.53 m in height.
