President of the only cruise line in Asia, Thatcher Brown, said they were offering travel flexibility so that passengers could embark in Manila or fly to Hong Kong before returning to Manila aboard World Dream.
There were also efforts to localize Dream Cruises' product via adapting the offerings in terms of guest needs, food, language, and daily interaction with passengers.
World Dream currently has 8 wholesalers in the Philippines despite the fact that other travel agencies can sell cruises and passengers can book directly with the line. About 80% of the bookings are done through travel agents.
