Amadeus Promotes Millennial River Cruises

   January 25, 2018 ,   Cruise Industry

Next year, Amadeus River Cruises is launching a series of voyages for millennial travelers.

The 6-day cruises will sail on the Rhine, Rhone and Danube rivers, and each will be hosted by a popular person on social media to facilitate a program onboard. These programs will be centered around topics like healthy living, nutrition and fitness.

Amadeus formed a strategic partnership with Zaven Global, an incentive travel & promotion specialist based in Salt Lake City, to promote and launch millennial cruises.

The marketing push will begin with a 2018 spring sailing on Rhone River in France onboard Amadeus Provence, which will feature the social media hosts aboard.

Names of social media stars have not been released yet, but will become public once the individuals begin sharing their experiences with the audience, which in most cases include millions of followers, according to Amadeus.

Amadeus River Cruises is the second river line to go after millennial market. Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection created U by Uniworld, a new millennial-focused river line whose first voyages depart this spring.
