A 4,5-meter LED illuminated red heart decorated the Pacific Princess’ bow early Saturday morning. The 30,000-ton ship sailed into Sydney Harbour to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

In honour of the original Love Boat, her namesake, Pacific Princess displayed a 3-meter red heart painted on the funnel and was also decked out with 300 heart flags. 680 passengers were waving their heart flags from ship’s top decks.

Pacific Princess was given special permission to play a ship horn rendition of the Love Boat theme while passing the Sydney Opera House before she docked at White Bay Cruise Terminal.

The Princess ship is visiting Sydney as part of her 111-night world cruise that departed LA on January 23. At 10 p.m. on Sunday she sails for Cairns
