Carnival to launch Young Adults program

Carnival Cruise Line launched a program for 18-20-year-old "young adults". The so called "#LIV1820" will be offered on all cruise ships in line's fleet.

John Heald, Carnival Brand Ambassador, shared on his Facebook page that a special VIP area would be set up on each Carnival sailing, with a chance for 18-20-year-olds to mingle over music and movies. Each passenger in the age range between 18 and 20 would receive an invitation in her/his stateroom to the VIP event.

That specific age group is often a demographic underserved by cruise lines, as it's too old for kids' clubs and too young to drink or gamble.

In his post Heald also said that there was no doubt the 18-20 age group was a challenge but Carnival were fully committed to make sure that the group had the best of times
