Legend's overhaul this spring is bringing a number of new bars and eateries that have been rolling out across Carnival fleet. One of the new venues is a burger outlet created via partnership with Guy Fieri.

In advance of her Tampa deployment, Carnival Legend will also operate a series of longer Carnival Journeys that include a 15-day Panama Canal transit beginning in Los Angeles and ending in Tampa, and a 16-day Hawaii cruise from Vancouver, B.C.

Carnival Legend will start sailing from Tampa on October 27, 2019. She will operate 7-night Western Caribbean trips that feature calls at Grand Cayman Island, Cozumel, Roatan, and Belize or Costa Maya. On January 25, 2020 the vessel will also offer a one-time, 8-day voyage including a partial Panama Canal transit, as well as visits to Limon and Grand Cayman.

Legend will also offer a one-time, 14-day Panama Canal voyage from Tampa on December 1, 2019 featuring calls at Cozumel, Limon, Cartagena, Aruba, Curacao and Grand Cayman.

Legend will take the place of Carnival Miracle in Tampa FL, which will be repositioning to another, still unnamed home port.
