Oceania Cruises revealed two special Mediterranean cruises aboard Marina aimed at long-standing fans of the line and culinary aficionados.
Jacques Pépin, Oceania's longtime executive culinary director and legendary master chef, will host the Jacques Pépin Cruise departing November 1, 2016. The 10-day voyage from Venice to Rome includes meet-and-greets, book signings and a special demonstration hosted by Pépin. Guests will be treated to creative menus in the restaurants, gourmet shore trips and hands-on culinary instruction in the state-of-the-art Marina's Culinary Center, all focused on the signature style of Jacques Pépin.
The next cruise will host the 13th annual Reunion Cruise of Oceania. Highlighting the Mediterranean, this sailing from Rome to Lisbon departs on November 11 and will visit 8 ports of call in the French Riviera, Monaco, Italy, Spain and Gibraltar. The cruise is open to all guests, but provides premium amenities for members of Oceania Club, or past Oceania Cruises' passengers. Extras for club members include celebratory dinners, cocktail parties, wine pairing events, exclusive shore excursions, reunion cruise gifts and other surprises.
Fares for both Reunion Cruise and Jacques Pepin Cruise start at USD 3,900 per person. An Extended Journey option was also developed for passengers looking to experience both sailings. The 20-night cruise provides additional savings with fares starting at USD 6,700.
