NCL changes gratuity policy

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) guests will no longer be able to change or remove line's Daily Service Charge (DSC) that is added to their shipboard accounts, while still on board.

The charge serves as gratuity for cruise staff including waiters, room stewards and behind-the-scene support crew. In case passengers were not satisfied with their onboard experience, they could remove the DSC during their voyage, at any point. Now, the DSC can be adjusted only by contacting Guest Relations Services once guests have returned from their vacation.
