As part of its partnership with James Beard Foundation, Windstar Cruises will welcome James Beard award-winning chefs on board three 2016 culinary-themed cruises.

At an event, held at James Beard House in New York City, Hans Birkholz, president & CEO of Windstar Cruises, said:

"If service is our soul, our heart is food. Culinary traditions are the best way to experience a new destination."

On each James Beard sailing, a guest chef will partner with members of Windstar Cruises' onboard culinary team to offer cooking demonstrations, a nightly featured dish, one-on-one interaction and even guided shore tours.
