Review of MS Alina
MS Alina was built in 2011 and both her size (135 m) and concept revolutionised river cruising industry. With 108 cabins for up to 220 passengers, the 4-star cruise liner promises a luxurious experience. Ship's impressive atrium welcomes guests onboard. The decor of Alina is characterized by modern design including brown upholstery, cyan cushions, straight lines, dark wood panelling, but nevertheless ms Alina is still recognisable as a member of SCYLLA family. The history of the Swiss shipping company began in 1974 with ms Scylla.
The new gastronomy concept sets new standards onboard ms Alina. Two restaurants and free seating for long mealtimes offer flexibility and a choice between à la carte and buffet. Furthermore, a fitness area with the latest equipment is provided.
MS Alina has a lounge with a dance floor andbar, comfortable Lido Bar featuring a terrace, a boutique, Internet corner, spacious sun deck with a whirlpool, putting green, shuffle board and sunbeds. A lift is also provided.
All of the cabins are outward-facing and offer French balconies or panoramic windows. State-of-the-art equipment and modern design create unique atmosphere. All rooms are fully equipped, boasting a flat-screen TV, radio, safe, minibar, air conditioning, hair dryer, shower and WC.
