Review of MS River Navigator
MS River Navigator entered service in 2002. The riverboat was refurbished in 2013, adding an Owner’s Suite and new solo cabins. Currently, the 134-passenger river ship has four decks and 69 cabins (150 square feet or larger), all of which are outside, with 2 twin beds, private bath with shower, individual air-conditioned controls and satellite TV. Deluxe Suites measure 225 sq. feet and come with upgraded amenities and French balcony.
This charming, 110-meter long riverboat features one sitting, open seating meals. An elevator serves the Navigator and Explorer decks, with a hydraulic chair lift to open-air Solaris Deck. Sightseeing tours are included in fare. Each River Navigator cruise is accompanied by program directors with local expertise. The Cultural Connections program offers in-depth experiences in each visited country through special meals, lectures, receptions, home visits, performances and local activities. Passengers are provided with free headphones for each excursion in order to hear the guide clearly. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided anywhere onboard.
