Review of MS Switzerland II
MS Switzerland II is an elegant river cruise ship, full of character and style. Offering 4-star accommodations, guests can relax among its attractive interiors and enjoy an intimate environment plus excellent service delivered by the professional crew.
The riverboat has a stylish lounge surrounded by windows which offers comfortable seating, making it a spacious and light place to relax. The river cruiser also has a bar and dance floor becoming popular during evening entertainment. In the stylish restaurant, located on the Emerald deck, passengers can benefit from a combination of themed dinners and buffets. The most popular spot onboard is definitely the sun deck. Guests may play a game of table tennis or simply lie back in the sun loungers – the sun deck is the perfect choice to soak up the scenery and unwind in the fresh air.
A stair lift aboard Switzerland 2 leads from the Ruby to the sun deck as well as the restaurant on Emerald deck to the Ruby. The cabins located on the Emerald deck are accessible via stairway. The standard cabins onboard Switzerland II offer 12.5 m2 (134.5 ft2) of space. All are fully equipped with individual air conditioning controls, radio, television, private bathroom, hair dryer, telephone and safe.
MS Switzerland 2 also boasts with a variety of mini suites and suites. Its mini suites are 18 m2 (194 ft2) and include extras like a double hotel bed and sitting area. The four suites, all located on ship's Ruby deck, are twice the size of standard cabins.
