On October 28, 2013, while entering into port Trelleborg, due to strong winds the ship turned and its stern landed on the opposite pier. The accident resulted in damages to one of the 2 propeller pods. A tractor was used to pull it from the pier. Under its own power, the ship arrived at Landskrona shipyard for repairs.
|13 May 2004||Propulsion / Power Loss|
On May 13, 2004, after a failure of the portside thruster, the propeller pod had to be dismantled at Blohm+Voss shipyard. Subsequently, the vessel operated with only one propulsion unit, and all harbor operations had to be assisted by tugboats. In September 2004, a new pod was installed during drydock at Neptun shipyard (Rostock). The original pod was re-installed in 2006 at Oresund shipyard (Landskrona, Sweden). The ferry resumed regular service on April 23, 2006.

On January 29, 2004, one of the ship's propulsion units (starboard thruster) fell out. Repairs were made at Blohm+Voss shipyard (Hamburg, Germany) during a 2-week long drydock.
