INS' SPA & Gymnasium - the gym is small, situated at the front of the vessel with floor to ceiling windows and the following equipment: 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, 3 step machines, yoga mats and weights. There are no fitness classes offered. The SPA is small, with just 3 treatment rooms and a beauty salon for hair and nails. It is split across sides of the ship, with 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms opposite.
