Review of MS Brabant
MS Brabant cruise ship (Amadeus Princess) is a time-chartered by the UK company Fred Olsen Cruise Line riverboat built in 2006. The vessel is one of the oldest in the fleet of Amadeus River Cruises (Luftner Cruises brand). The Amadeus Princess boat was first chartered in 2018 (April through November).
MS Amadeus Princess didn't receive a refurbishment prior to Fred Olsen's time-charter. However, boat's branding and hull livery were changed, and there is a Fred Olsen staff member onboard in order to ensure company's standards are met. The rest of the crew are Luftner Cruises employees. As Fred Olsen customers are predominantly British, the shipboard language is English and all payments are in GBP.
Fred Olsen river cruise itineraries
Fred Olsen Brabant ship's maiden voyage started on April 11, 2018. The 5-day Amsterdam to Dusseldorf itinerary (themed "Springtime Dutch Discovery") visited Hoorn, Kampen, Deventer, Arnhem, Nijmegen.
Fred Olsen planned a large amount of daylight cruising into company's new river cruisetours, so that passengers can make the most of the scenery at the day's best time. Next are listed cruise ship's itineraries as themes and routes (call ports), plus indicative prices (in GBP per person) on 2019 river cruise deals. Early-bbokkings receive free tips (gratuities) plus complimentary dining drinks, OR the promo "get 3 pay 2 cruises".

MS Brabant wiki
In May 2017, the UK-based Fred Olsen Cruise Line announced the launch of its new river cruisetour program with a chartered riverboat. The announcement was published in company's "European River Cruising by Fred Olsen" brochure. Fred Olsen's river cruises were offered in 2018 (April 11 through November 3) on the 156-passenger riverboat "MS Brabant" (Amadeus Princess). The inaugural river cruise season included various itineraries with a total of 30 departures and voyage durations from 5 to 25 nights. Deals were inclusive of guided shore excursions / city tours. The ship was opened for Fred Olsen bookings on May 26, 2017.
Fred Olsen named its river cruise ship after the North Brabant province (unofficially called just "Brabant") in southern Netherlands. Brabant borders to the north South Holland and Gelderland, to the east Limburg, to the west Zeeland and to the south Belgium.
Duchy of Brabant was an imperial state established in 1183 as part of the Holy Roman Empire (800-1806). Later, it became the heart of the Dutch Low Countries (part of Burgundian Netherlands). North-Brabant features an amazing nature scenery with several large national parks with marshes, farmlands and forests. The land is flat but above sea level. Province's largest nature parks include Biesbosch (7100 hectares), Zoom-Kalmthoutse Heide (3750 ha), Loonse en Drunense Duinen (3400 ha) and Grote Peel (1340 ha).
